By downloading, installing, or using Insult King ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DadLink Technologies Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

Insult King is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application that generates humorous comebacks and roasts across three intensity levels: Assistant (Tame), Savage, and NUKE modes.

Service Features Include:

• AI-Generated Roasts: Contextual humorous responses across three intensity levels
• Meme Generation: AI-powered creation of shareable meme images
• Local Storage: All user preferences and data stored locally on your device
• Offline Functionality: Core features work without internet connection after initial setup
• No Ads: Clean, advertisement-free experience

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Insult King operates on a subscription model with multiple pricing tiers available through the Apple App Store.

Subscription Options:

• Weekly Subscription: £1.99 per week
• Monthly Subscription: £4.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: £49.99 per year

Payment Processing:

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

While Insult King is designed for entertainment and humorous banter, we expect all users to use the App responsibly and respectfully.

Permitted Uses:

• Generate roasts for personal entertainment
• Share content with consenting friends and family
• Use content in appropriate social settings
• Create memes for personal use and sharing

Prohibited Uses:

• Harassment: Using generated content to bully, harass, or harm others
• Discrimination: Creating or sharing content targeting protected characteristics
• Commercial Exploitation: Using our AI-generated content for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Malicious Use: Using the App to create harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Spam: Mass distribution of unsolicited content generated by the App

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Insult King app, including its AI technology, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by DadLink Technologies Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our Rights:

• App Technology: All AI algorithms, software code, and technical implementations
• Branding: "Insult King" trademark, logos, and visual design elements
• Content Framework: The structure and methodology of our roast generation system

Your Rights:

• Generated Content: You may use roasts and memes generated by the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Sharing: You may share generated content in social settings and on social media platforms
• Personal Use: Save and organize generated content for your personal entertainment

License Grant:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadLink Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.

8. Age Restrictions and Content Rating

Insult King is rated 17+ on the App Store due to mature humor content. This rating reflects our commitment to responsible content distribution.

9. Termination

Termination by You:

You may stop using Insult King at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Termination by Us:

Effect of Termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the app
• Subscription charges may continue until you cancel through Apple

10. Updates and Changes to Terms
