By downloading, installing, or using Insult King ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DadLink Technologies Limited.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Insult King, as indicated by our App Store age rating. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Insult King is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application that generates humorous comebacks and roasts across three intensity levels: Assistant (Tame), Savage, and NUKE modes.

Service Features:

• AI-Generated Roasts: Contextual humorous responses across three intensity levels
• Meme Generation: AI-powered creation of shareable meme images
• Local Storage: All user preferences and data stored locally on your device
• No Ads: Clean, advertisement-free experience

3. Subscription and Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal & Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

While Insult King is designed for entertainment, we expect responsible usage.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Insult King app, including its AI technology, design, and trademarks, is owned by DadLink Technologies Limited.

Your Rights

• Personal Use: You may use roasts and memes for personal entertainment.
• Sharing: You may share generated content on social media.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal entertainment purposes.

6. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our approach to data collection is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• Minimal Collection: We collect minimal data necessary for functionality.
• No Third-Party Selling: We never sell your data.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Insult King is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DadLink Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination & Changes

You may stop using Insult King at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to suspend access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Insult King will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
